Only issue we had was with a bad reservation sent by Expedia. Nicest place you will find in a corn field in the middle of no-ware. 5 star

Great location, very clean and welcoming, staff is friendly and professional.

Check in person was highly professional. Accommodations top notch.

The site manager/owner was so kind, so polite and so helpful. Was there to help with any question we had. He appreciated our business and made sure we knew it. So refreshing. Hotel room was comfy and clean, as expected…but the service was over the top!!!

Such an accomidating place. I got in at 130a andvyhey were so wonderful to let me sleep all day.

Great family run hotel clean and quiet. Easy to the family restaurant. Close to town. Pet friendly. Lots of outside space for pets to run around

Property is comparable to a Marriott Fairfield property.

Great location with-in walking distance of the mall, a couple restaurants close to the park and highway. Very friendly staff on the top of their game made the stay wonderful. The customer service was great. Quiet place. Comfy. Room felt clean and safe. Really just stayed the night driving from Iowa to KC and had no issues. Continental breakfast was really nothing special but nice option. Front desk person was very polite and friendly.

First of all this is an older building and it is in need of repair. And it offers a discounted price to compensate for this. Don't let the outward appearance discourage you. I stayed 5 nights. The location is just out of town and is a safe location to stay in. The room I had was very clean. The bedding, furniture, towels were in very good condition. They looked new. The AC worked very well, and the refrigerator was good sized and cold. You could set the thermostat where you wanted it. ...
