El exterior zona piscina, barbacoa y amacas es expectacular. Muy amplio y bonito. Falta acondicionar espacios. La habitación doble con el cuarto de baño está pobre, ni una mesita de noche, ni un mueble en el baño donde colocar las cosas. Es muy incomodo. Tema vasos es muy justo, teniendo en cuenta que es una casa para 6, hay que lavar constantemente. Pero en general está muy bien la casa.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt egal wann und zu welcher Zeit die Verwalterin kommt immer Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nicht gerade Ideal aber wenn man das Auto nicht braucht ist es O.K. Eine zusätzliche Ablage im kleinen Bad wäre hifreich

Hier ist ein Vorschlag für eine Bewertung: "Unser Aufenthalt im Conchita Haus war einfach grossartig! Besonders die private Atmosphäre im Garten mit dem wunderschönen Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir konnten hier wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Bea und Achim von Marisol waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass alles reibungslos verlief. Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!" Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Die Badezimmer und die Küche waren leider nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Bevor wir diese Bereiche genutzt haben, mussten wir sie selbst gründlich reinigen, einschließlich des Bestecks, Geschirrs und des Kühlschranks. Ein weiterer Nachteil war der Rauchgeruch im Wohnzimmer, den wir beim Betreten des Hauses festgestellt haben. Für Nichtraucher, die zwei Wochen im Haus verbringen sollen, ist das sehr unangenehm. Es ist schade, dass im Haus geraucht wurde, obwohl für Raucher ausreichend Aschenbecher im Grill- und Gartenbereich im Freien zur Verfügung stehen. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten war alles andere tipptopp, und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Tolle Außenanlage mit großen Pool und Kunstrasen.Grundstück gut abgeschirmt vor Blicken von außen.Zwei große Kühlschränke..davon einer außen.Tolle Grillecke.Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar. Technische Funktionskontrolle der im Haus vorhandenen Einrichtung inkl. Geräte nach Abreise der Gäste.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa. La casa en general es muy cómoda y grande. La parte de la piscina y la barbacoa una maravilla. Mucho espacio en el exterior. Una casa de 10, el año que viene esperamos volver. La hora de entrada es tarde y la de salida es muy pronto.

Es ist für uns immer wieder schön nach Riumar zu kommen und durch das Team vom Marisol fühlt man sich auch gleich willkommen. Das Haus hat ein herrlichen Aussenbereich. Auch die lange war für uns perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Alles in allem freuen wir uns schon aufs nächste Jahr wenn wir wieder kommen.
