Très bel appartement tres proche de la mer

Appartement spacieux mais pas reposant car les murs sont mal isolés on attend tout très bruyant nous avons eu un nid de guêpes au dessus de la porte d entrée nous avons contacté et même envoyé des photos personne est venu piscine mal entretenue

Buena ubicación. Falta de mantenimiento

Nos alojamos en el apartamento 231. Está situado encima del cuarto de la bomba de agua y se oye el ruido de la bomba. El estado de mantenimiento de las instalaciones en general es bastante básico aunque funcional... Persianas que no suben/bajan bien, ventanas que no cierran, cisternas de Wc que pierden agua continuamente, etc... El mobiliario de cocina necesita ser más completo y de mayor calidad si se quiere cocinar para 7 como en nuestro caso. La ubicación y la piscina genial.

El apartamento genial , todo muy limpio, la atencion del personal excelente, nos atendio P. , super atenta. La piscina un 10 y la distancia a la playa tan minima que parecias estar en ella. Genial.

Es una lástima que un sitio tan bonito y agradable tenga tan malas condiciones de mantenimiento, tanto del interior del apartamento (p.e. barras cortina baño estaban rotas) como de las zonas comunes. Faltaban desde muebles (el mueble del salón-comedor no estaba completo y era insuficiente para una ocupación de 6 pers) a lámparas de mesita de noche y útiles de cocina, entre otros. La limpieza deficiente (p.e. la campana-extractor cocina estaba llena de grasa). El personal muy amable y atento.

Apartamento sencillo, limpio, en primera linea de playa. Tiene todo lo necesario de utensilios de cocina y sabanas. Buena ubicacion para disfrutar del Delta. Hay un supermercado a unos 300 metros, Lugar tranquilo.

Cadre très agréable , vue sur la mer , accès direct , piscine : séjour parfait.

12 jours trés agréables à 4 (2 grands-parents 2 petits fils de 21 et 8 ans) ; l'appartement est spacieux avec 2 salles de bain , literie impeccable ; fer à repasser défectueux remplacé dans les 24 h. L'ensemble est un peu vieillot, les abords de la piscine ne sont pas nettoyés, l'accès à la mer est resté trés sale. La région est remarquable de par le delta de l'Ebre (nombreuses promenades, Écomusée, parcs d'attractions...) et par les villes ou villages environnants (Tortosa, Taragone...). Nombreux restos sympathiques.
