Halfway between the beach and the major theme parks, this house allows you visit both easily. 30 Miles to Orlando, 30 Miles to Daytona Beach. 45 mins to Universal and Sea World, 45 mins to Disney. 25 mins to Daytona International Speedway, and New Smyrna Beach. Located in Deltona, Florida 3 mins from I-4 and exit 111. During downtime sit and enjoy the 86" tvs.

Pleasant vacation

Deltona stay
Nice place with a view of wildlife in the backyard. Easy on and off I-4 to go to on visits. Half way between Orlando and Daytona. No issues with house or Scott. Answered any question we had right away. Great stay.

Everything was gre except the air filter hadn't been changed in a long time amd Everything ended up slightly sick with allergies and upper respiratory issues..we didn't realize that the air filter was the problem till our last few days and we tried to clean it but it was very bad..the thermostat was reading poor air quality the entire stay but we didn't think much of it... the property it self was nice.. it probably needs upgrades on beds and the water pressure in restroom is very very low... ww were tnere for 10 days and did overall enjoy our stay but everyone in the house did have major allergy problems.
