We checked in around 5:30 pm and the front desk clerk was very busy. We had reserved two rooms but one wasn't ready because there had been 71 checkouts (!) earlier that day and the the four housekeepers were scrambling to finish the turnovers. Nonethless, the clerk was calm, efficient and pleasant, and she notified us by a phone call to our room when the second room was ready. She did a great job! As always with Holiday Inn Express, the place was clean, the room was comfortable, and we had access to every amenity we could possibly want or need.

Very nice hotel. Easy on and off access from the highway. Staff was very helpful with helping us find a nice restaurant. Our tv did not work and they came up right away to fix.
