Parking was fine. We were there several hours before I realized we did not have a shower curtain. The young lady at the desk took care of it immediately. The hallways and elevator needed a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was really good. They had some variety with it.

Not sure how this gets a 9/10 rating. Its an older motel, you can hear people walking in the room above you. When you step off the elevator onto the 2nd floor, you are hit with a strong deodorizer smell. I love sandalwood, but this was overwhelming. The room wasn't nearly as strong. Breakfast was regular Holiday Inn fare. Staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping needs to remember to wipe down headboards, the palm prints were a little disturbing

Can’t understand how this is one of the most expensive and highly rated places to stay in Deming when there are no usb connections supplied in the room for electronics? Plus you have to crawl under the desk in your room to plug in the coffee maker. Certainly didn’t live up to it’s rating!

We checked in around 5:30 pm and the front desk clerk was very busy. We had reserved two rooms but one wasn't ready because there had been 71 checkouts (!) earlier that day and the the four housekeepers were scrambling to finish the turnovers. Nonethless, the clerk was calm, efficient and pleasant, and she notified us by a phone call to our room when the second room was ready. She did a great job! As always with Holiday Inn Express, the place was clean, the room was comfortable, and we had access to every amenity we could possibly want or need.
