"We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival to our room later in the evening we noticed the valve for the toilet was shut off. When we turned it on, the toilet continued to run and dripped water from the valve onto the floor. We shut it off and immediately notified the staff the next morning. We were told the issue would be resolved. Upon arriving back to our room late the next evening, the room had been cleaned but the issue was still unresolved. We told the staff again the next morning, only to be told it would be resolved. That evening we returned to the room around 10 pm, again, issue not resolved. The room had been cleaned but no fresh towels, and only one towel in the room. The staff brought new towels to the room, and said, if they would have known about the issue they would have moved us into another room. The person telling me this was the first person I told we had the issue. It was just frustrating, and unsanitary that we had to deal with that after spending around $400 at their facility. We did utilize the restaurant while we were there and the staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent. Housekeeping was great but just didn’t replenish the items when they took them out. It was the most affordable place at the time and there was a big event where the hotel was booked, but they should have either given some type of comp, resolved the issue, or had us move into another room."
