"Great location, fresh air, close to the river and sea"

"This has been the worst decision to book a hotel ever for me. The first room was very dirty, lots of hair, dirty footsteps, urine drops on the toilet, bad smell and pieces of food in the fridge. There was so much dirt underneath the beds, leftovers of food, gunk and dust. The final straw was somebody's dirty underwear lying beneath one of the beds.
