"This was our second visit to the hotel. The staff are all so helpful & courteous, the hotel is beautiful and clean, and the food and drink options are excellent. The coffee shop and Italian restaurant were our absolute favourites; wonderful staff and such high quality food & beverages. "

"Great location, handy shuttle to Grand Mastiff. Sauna and hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Don’t expect snow in the village in March. But good snow after 1500m "

"Brilliant apartment in a great location! Really well equipped for self catering. There was 4 of us (2adults 2 children) and there was loads of room for us plus all our skiing gear. Bed and mattress in main bedroom could do with replacing as could bed linen (and you have to make your own beds) but kids thought their beds were very comfortable! The parking is at the main car park just on the edge of the village but it's not far to walk and you can drive to the apartment to load/unload etc. "

"The apartment was clean, warm, private and welcoming. Facilities for home cooking, plenty of hot water once we got familiarised with it. Very easy walking access to local supermarket, town and ski station. The walk to the ski station is beautiful by the river. Brilliant onsite pizzeria, just right beside the apartment. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The only concern we had was poor lighting on the brief approach to the apartment, with a torch or phone light required until you reach the back entrance. Bridget was very responsive and quick to get back to us. Great host, great apartment. We will definitely return."

"Room was really clean on arrival. Spacious apartment with balcony facing two ways (went round the side of the apartment). Reception staff were all lovely too. I enjoyed the free visit to the sauna & steam room, which was also clean. I didn’t use the pool but saw a group enjoying it while I was steaming away. It’s 2 stops on the bus, which stops right outside the residence. It’s about a 15 min walk from the GME but I often got the bus to ‘Cinema’, did my shopping at the Sherpa supermarche and enjoyed th peaceful walk over the river back to Lagrange. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was SUPER comfy (I’m very fussy with beds!). It was a hybrid mattress that wasn’t too firm or too soft and was thicker than many French places I’ve stayed at. It was extremely peaceful and would definitely recommend staying there. Nothing to groan about at all!"

"Gondola is 10 min walk. Chatlet is well appointed, clean and as billed. Skiing was spectacular and Sophie was so kind and available throughout the stay. "

"Perfect location for town centre. Walking for ski lift. Could book spa for your own personal use. Lovely facility. Comfortable lounge area to sit in. Bar open until 8pm ; little noise beyond this time. Plentiful availability of clothes/towels/bin bags. "

"The best apartment we have stayed at in Les Esserts over the last 5 years. The apartment was lovely and clean and well positioned very close to the ski lift and shops. There was plenty of room for our party of six and lots of games and good amenities in the apartment. Sian was a perfect host with great communication and very helpful with things to do in the area.
