"Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. John has been great to work with over our stay. A great main floor for gathering with 5 bedrooms on the upper floors. The enclosed back patio would be great for small family gatherings. A good size back yard with a nice fire pit. I would highly recommend this space. "

"It was clean and roomy, just like the photos. Very safe, comfortable place to bring an elderly parent for a visit. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a huge assortment of delicious coffees! Split bedroom arrangement allows for privacy. We had such a relaxing stay here!"

"Technicolor retreat was a great relaxing getaway. The home is lovely and the location on the river was so relaxing after a day in the Dunes or Chicago. It felt very secluded and private. We can’t wait to go back. We were able to take our golden retriever who loves all things woods and water. Wish we could have stayed longer! "

"This home has 4 bedrooms but can sleep a ton of people if needed. The 3 full bathrooms are very nice. The game room was excellent, my 10 year old was in heaven! I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Demotte area."

"We enjoyed our stay in this very clean house. The beds were very comfortable and had many ports for charging devices. The owner was very quick and responsive to our needs. The only downside was the well water which gave a rotten egg smell. The owner came and ran the water and most of the smell dissipated. I would stay again."

"The hotel was very clean and the employees were the most friendly I've encountered in a long time! The only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin as we heard crying kids and a lot of thumping around from our neighbors one night. The breakfast selection was decent. We would definitely stay again!"
