Experience the perfect harmony of relaxation and nature in this sustainable wooden holiday villa, located on a quiet, small-scale park in Den Ham. Surrounded by the serene Salland landscape, this detached home sits on a spacious 600 m² green plot with a wraparound veranda, offering an ideal setting to soak in the views. The heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space featuring a central, double-sided gas fireplace that adds a cozy atmosphere to both the lounge and the kitchen. Designed for convenience, the villa features a modern kitchen equipped with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, and various coffee machines, as well as high-tech entertainment amenities such as a Smart TV, Netflix, and a soundbar with a subwoofer.
