"I absolutely loved my stay here and recommended to another traveler I met in Hanoi. The first night in Sapa I stayed at another hotel at the same price (it currently has 8.8 stars) and this was far better. The most comfortable bed in my Vietnam trip and the city view was gorgeous. The staff were so kind. I will absolutely stay again next time."

"The rooms were immaculate, bright, and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast which was a great way to start the day. I think the location helps sell this spot. We never needed a grab or other means of transportation. Close to everything you need. A special mention to the staff - so helpful and accommodating. Always smiling. THANK YOU!"
