"This is basically an upscale motel. Room was very small. Staff was very rude with exception of the young man who picked us up to take our bags to the parking lot. Our first impression was from the lady with the beak screeching at us to move our car when we were trying to unload."

"Holland America is really spread out but there is constant shuttle services for guests’ convenience. Two great onsite dine-in restaurants. Had meals at both and very nice. Lot of cruise guests who constantly have to navigate. Had a great room."

"Like the setting and ambience of the property. Closer to nature. Mountain views were amazing. It was so convenient to Denali National Park. Very close to dining options. Owner was so helpful and We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
