It is a comfortable and cosy independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all rooms.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room, and on the upper floor, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The outdoor area features a private swimming pool as well as a welcoming terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying your holidays with family and friends.
The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets very close by.
The excellent location of the villa means that all destinations are within reach, both the beach which can be accessed on foot, and other towns and cities.

The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Dénia one of the favourites for families. Children have plenty of space to play freely in the sand, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, diving and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the beach bar and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The city of Dénia is just 5 km away. Among the numerous tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for its beautiful historic centre and great cultural heritage. Dénia, named a Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO, has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to walk and enjoy views of the sea and its impressive castle.

Lo mejor es la piscina es perfecta, muy limpia y cuidada. En general todo bien. Nos picaron muchos bichos dentro de casa, sobre todo arañas, sería buena idea poner mosquiteras en las ventanas porque no las pudimos abrir. La limpieza está bien pero muy justa, el sofá tenía bastantes manchas y por detrás muchas telarañas.
