Penthouse - Duplex on the corner of the building, on 4th floor with elevator, 700 m from Denia town and 7 minutes walk from the beach. 3 double rooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 terraces. The whole apartment completely renovated in April 2019. Perfect orientation for hot, which makes the apartment very cool in Summer. 2 large terraces facing the sea and the mountain of Montgó. Garage space in the same building
