The apartment belongs to the attractive and well-maintained urbanization BAHIA DE DENIA, known for its cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. Located at (Km 6.5) Les Marines with spacious gardens, a social club, and two swimming pools for adults and children, ideal for enjoying your holidays.



The residential complex is completely fenced around the perimeter with pedestrian access to Punta Molins Beach and two direct exits to the sea.



The well-maintained apartment has 70m2 of built space with a private terrace of 20m2 and southeast orientation towards the residential area with a private access door.
