This charming ground floor apartment is located within an exclusive luxury development on the beachfront, known as Urbanización Playa Grande. Designed especially for family travel, it has the capacity to accommodate 6 people.

The apartment has an independent kitchen, fully equipped, next to a gallery. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the spacious living-dining room. The living room has direct access to the terrace and the common areas.

There are three bedrooms. The first one with a spacious double bed, the second one with two single beds (one of them is a trundle bed) and the third one with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The 24 m2 covered terrace, fully furnished and overlooking the garden and the sea, provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The urbanisation offers direct access to the beach via a key, as well as extensive garden areas. Three swimming pools, including a children's pool and another one with a slide, a private beach bar, a children's playground and concierge services throughout the year.
