Wonderful apartment in Denia with 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 10 people located right next to the beach with views to the sea and a very large terrace.
The apartment is nicely furnished, is modern, and has 140 m².
It is located 10 m from Playa Albaranes sand beach, 1500 m from Denia city, 200 m from the bus station, 500 m from the supermarket, , 2000 m from Denia train station, 3 km from Las Rotas rock beach, 8 km from La Sella golf course, 90 km from Alicante Altet airport. The house is situated in a well connected neighborhood next to the sea.

Plenty of space for everyone . The kettle and a shower head broke and both were sorted within an hour of informing HQ. Excellent.

Great location and views. Handy for the centre of Denia. Spacious apartment. Good service from the letting agents. Electric circuits trip out regularly when under load. Beds uncomfortable: mattresses and pillows need replacing.

Todo muy bien

El apartamento está genial, se trata de un ático dúplex en primera linea de playa, los baños están bien, las camas también, y la cocina está totalmente equipada, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y tiene dos plazas de garaje. Muy recomendable.
