Fantastic apartment, right on the beach with stunning sea views, WIFI, close to town

  • This modern apartment boasts a great location. Located right on the beach of Las Marinas, it is also just a stone's throw to the city of Denia. Restaurants and shops are within 500 meters.
    It is located on the third floor of a well-kept community with a very large outdoor pool, children's pool, whirlpool, sunbathing area and children's playground. A fitness room with various sports equipment, as well as a sauna are available for free. An elevator takes you to the apartment, which also has its own underground parking space. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one en suite with whirlpool tub and a bathroom with shower), a living-dining area with satellite TV, WIFI (on request for a fee) and central air conditioning (also in all bedrooms) and a self-contained, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.
    From the terrace there is a fantastic sea view - the ideal place for a glass of wine at sunset
