Beautiful, comfortable villa "Germanna", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station 2.5 km, ferry 2.5 km, sandy beach 2.6 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm), kitchen corner, shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 7 m2, terrace 15 m2, patio 22 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the floors.
