Staff were very friendly, arrival and departure was quick and easy. Pool was great with a nice bar area that served reasonably priced drinks. The breakfast buffet was great, there was a fantastic choice and a chef to cook extra bits like eggs and pancakes. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was a kitchenette area with a fridge. however, there was nothing to use, no cutlery, plates and the hobs had been replaced, although it looked like an induction hob when we first arrived. It meant when we returned from the supermarket the first night we couldn't do anything. Staff in general were great but we did have an issue where we were going to a wedding, i asked for an iron but this never arrived despite asking 3 times, twice at reception and a phone call which meant i had to leave with creased clothes, not ideal.

The room itself was massive we also had a large balcony it was a shame it overlooked a wasteland with a side view of the sea However we booked a sea view x breakfast was average and the evening restaurant was a set meal which we found very limiting x for the amount of money we paid we expected more

Perfect apartment for our family of 5. Rooms cleaned and sheets changed daily. Air con and fridge in main room. Large balcony overlooking the pool. We opted for the bed and breakfast rate. The buffet food was superb. A huge selection of fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses, bacon, sausages etc. Coffees, teas and fruit juices for the kids. The pool was clean, not too busy and there was plenty of space surrounding it with sun beds. We will definitely be going again.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bedrooms although not clear why they provide a kitchen but no pots and pans or cutlery - not helpful. Buffet breakfast is enormous and lovely quality. The only other strange thing is the clientele - most of whom were on crutches. We understand that the local hospital does a lot of elective hips and knees across the EU and the hotel provides recuperation and physio. It does give the place a rather strange feel for ordinary tourists.

A good place to stay

It is basically a good hotel and the staff are very helpful. Quiet and relaxing too but handy for town centre if you want something lively. We had a couple of issues with cleaning but they were dealt with promptly. We didn't tell reception (kept forgetting) but our balcony was not cleaned, as far as we could see, at any time during our stay. It needed to be. Slightly surprised too (this being Spain) that there was no bidet. Bar staff, notably Miguel and Max, excellent, and breakfasts brilliant - thanks to Gloria for that. Great beach a few minutes' walk away and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk into the bustling, lively centre. Not hotel's fault, but trying to reserve a taxi is very difficult.

Good hotel but not impressed with spa facilities

Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with recommendations of places to visit. The room was clean, with a big bathroom and powerful hot shower. Patio was a good size. Beds were comfy. The room was an apartment room so also had a living a kitchen area (however nothing in the kitchen cupboards, no plates etc). I would stay in the hotel again however I would not use the spa. Its not value for money. We paid for the €22 pp 90 minute session but there was only a small indoor pool, sauna and steamroom that was worth using. Surprised there was no jazuzzi. Ladies bathroom had lots of cobwebs in the cubicle corner which let down the cleanliness standard. Especially in a spa environment.

Comfortable, friendly hotel in a quiet area.

Situated in a mainly residential area on the outskirts of the resort centre, the hotel has spacious, attractive, comfortable public areas and there is street parking available. The reception is efficient and the staff are very friendly. Our room was very spacious with lots of storage space, a large balcony, a full size refrigerator and two comfortable armchairs. Although the washbasin unit in the bathroom needed an update, everything worked well, the shower was spacious with great pressure and everything was spotless. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent, with plenty of choice and very good options for healthy and hearty eating. The pool area is attractive and clean, the water was a pleasant temperature in early July. The bar is pleasant and drinks prices reasonable, comparable with local bars. There is a varied programme of activities for adults and children throughout the day in high season. If you don’t fancy the 20-30 minute walk into Dénia, there are buses every 20 minutes in summer, less frequent in winter, from a stop a few minutes away. The beach is also a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Hotel was very good and in a great location, Resturants close by if you want them but only 15 minutes walk to Denia old town with some great resturants and bars. The hotel grounds are really good, well maintained and the pool was good (although cold in April). Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of food. Buffet evening meal was ok and the bar snacks were good. Staff great. Easy parking just outsde the hotel for free but you can pay to use the hotel car park but did not use it.
