Detached house in a lovely complex ideal for enjoying your family holidays. The house, built on a single floor with a private fenced garden, belongs to the attractive and well-maintained private urbanization \"El Retiro III.\"



The 70 m2 house is distributed on one level with a terrace and a private garden. We access the house through the glazed terrace, which leads to the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A hallway takes us to the two bedrooms, one double and one with a double bed, both with closets, and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The glazed terrace features an awning, fans, and excellent orientation. Parking is available outside the residential area.



\"El Retiro III\" is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, just 150 meters from Las Marinas Beach with pools, a spacious garden, and even a poolside cabin-bar. It\'s 2,500 meters from the Denia port and close to the commercial area \"Las Brisas\" and the commercial area at \"Km1,\" which has all the necessary services: kiosks, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and children\'s play areas.



Facing Las Marinas Beach at Km 2, it\'s a wide, uncrowded, and perfectly maintained sandy beach. It offers activities for both adults and children.



Restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries, cafes, etc., are just a few meters away in the \"Las Brisas\" commercial area. Nearby, you can find bike rentals, jet ski rentals, kayaks, diving equipment, and just a few kilometers away, there are horse riding centers, golf courses, karting tracks, surf schools, open-air cinemas, and a multitude of services and activities that Denia offers.



Environment:

Denia is located four hours by car from Madrid and an hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean coast. The nearest airports - Alicante and Valencia - are 1 hour away via the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take exit 62 towards Ondara/Denia/Jávea in the direction of Denia. From Denia, take the Las Marinas Road to Km 3.5.

The sun and the sea naturally offer countless possibilities for leisure, relaxation, or activity, from doing nothing to golf, swimming, sailing, boat trips, horseback riding, hiking, going out for drinks, visiting photography and painting exhibitions, listening to live music, savoring excellent and varied cuisine, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, taking care of yourself, reading while listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying freshly caught fish at the fish market, and watching your loved ones swim in the pool from the terrace.

Denia-Ibiza in just 3 hours. Daily excursions to Ibiza, round trip on the same day. Take a gastronomic route through Loreto Street, famous for its typical tapas cuisine.
