Situated in Denia, the holiday home "Jardines de Denia III" is just a short walk from the beach.

Pros: My family consisting in 2 girls aged 15 years , my husband and myself stayed 2 weeks in the appartment. The area where the buildings are is very open and sunny with facilities a 2 swiming pools, tennis courts, and garden. The area is closed. outside just accross the road, you can find good restaurannts and cafes. The appartment has 2 floors that is good to keep private life. Well equipped. Great view to the garden area, mountains and a glimpse to the sea. Walking distance to a huge beach. And walking distance to Denia town. Great starting place for walking or driving to the mountains where you can find small places. Denia has a lot to offer wrt. good restaurants, cafes, shopping places, market, jazz club, and just go around an "let the good times roll". I more than recommend it. The girls were very pleased. Trips we did by car starting from from this place: Valencia, Villa Joyosa, Benidorm, and even went to watch Tour de France.

Pros: Fijn penthouse dat van alle gemakken is voorzien met uitzicht op een parkachtige tuin met 2 zwembaden. De 2 grote terassen zorgen er voor dat je altijd wel ergens in de zon kunt zitten. De centrale ligging ten opzichte van het strand en het centrum van Denia is ideaal. Het fondue en BBQ restaurant links af op de doorgaande weg is een aanrader. in de periode dat wij er verbleven was het erg rustig in het complex en waren wij bijna de enige bewoners. We hadden de zwembaden dan ook regelmatig alleen tot onze beschikking. klein minpuntje was het snoeiwerk van de tuin wat met nog al wat geluidoverlast gepaard ging. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage ist gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Strandurlaub geeignet. Den Abend haben wir gerne in der Altstadt von Denia verbracht. Die Fischauktionen am Hafen muss man miterlebt haben. Der Wochenmarkt ist auch toll. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Pros: Superbe appartement, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ© avec tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances en bord de mer. La climatisation fonctionne trĂšs bien et est bien nĂ©cessaire au mois d'aoĂ»t. La vue est sympa des 2 cĂŽtĂ©s de l'appartement. Les 2 terrasses sont trĂšs spacieuses et les plantes sur la premiĂšre sont magnifiques. Les photos de l'appartement sur le site ne reflĂštent pas bien la qualitĂ© de l'appartement. RĂ©sidence de trĂšs bon standing, piscines superbes oĂč nous Ă©tions seuls Ă  certaines heures de la journĂ©e. Avons eu quelques dĂ©sagrĂ©ments de fuites d'eau et un problĂšme d'Ă©coulement dans la nouvelle douche de l'Ă©tage mais la gestionnaire sur place et les propriĂ©taires sont intervenus immĂ©diatement, ce que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©. La situation gĂ©ographique n'est pas trop mal par rapport au centre ville de DĂ©nia, l'arrĂȘt de bus est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la rĂ©sidence et Ă  pied, il faut compter entre 20 et 30 minutes. Nous n'avons pas aimĂ© la plage immĂ©diatement accessible Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied mais avons dĂ©couvert de superbes plages (Els Molins, Almadrava et Deveses) en voiture Ă  10/15 minutes. Nous avons trouvĂ© beaucoup quelques excellents restaurants (Octavio, Estanyo, Noguera) Ă  quelques minutes de voiture, avons testĂ© "els Paellers" (paĂ«lla feu de bois avec piscine) et trouvĂ© Ă©galement des restaurants sympathiques accessibles Ă  pied (Primera Linea, Cafe Soles et Sureno). Leiligheten var i to etasjer med et stort soverom, luftkondisjonering og utgang til stor terrasse i 2. etg. Det var kort vei til strand og bysentrum slik at bil egentlig var unÞdvendig hvis man prioriterer dette. OmrÄdet var inngjerdet, stille og fredelig og egner seg for barnefamilier.

Pros: Helle zweckmĂ€ssige eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, die sich ĂŒber 2 Ebenen im 2 Stockwerk einer Apartmentanlage befand , die sich in mehren GebĂ€uden um 2 Pools mit GrĂŒnflĂ€chen verteilt. Die Einrichtung war Standard, Positiv, 2 große Balkone. Die Betten waren etwas schmal, die Dusche unten war nur was fĂŒr schlanke Personen, Wohnung war sehr hellhörirg, leider gab auch es keinen Aufzug. Die Anlage war in sich geschlossen, entgegend dem Costa Blanca Standard waren die ParkplĂ€tze leider nicht ĂŒberdacht. Zum Strand ging es in ca. 10 Min., zur Stadt ca. 30 - 40 Min. (HauptgeschĂ€ftstraße) Insgesamt gebe ich die Note: befriedigend

Pros: Dénia er en dejlig by, som ligger mellem bjerge og strand. For nogle nordboer som os har omrÄdet et klima og en grÞn frodighed, som virker tiltrÊkkende og fredelig. Ana Lauras lejlighed giver mulighed for at pendle mellem byens tilbud,roen i periferien og strandens nÊrhed. Lejligheden er velforberedt til at rumme en familie med alle bekvemmeligheder. OmrÄdet mellem Valencia og Alicante rummer en hel del meget spÊndende natur og historie og mulighed for at nyde gastronomiske specialiteter baseret pÄ egnens egne produkter. Eneste krav er at man bruger sin nysgerrighed.

Pros: TrÚs bel appartement en duplex et bien équipé. Nous avons passé 1 semaine entre amis et le fait de disposer de 2 salles de bain et terrasses est vraiment un plus. Pour la détente, il y a deux trÚs belles piscines avec parc ombragé et la mer à 100m. Un bus passe toutes les 20 minutes au coin de la rue et vous dépose à Dénia. L'accÚs à la résidence est sécurisé et une place de parking privé y est à disposition. Je recommande chaudement cette location et remercie Ana Laura et Rosa pour leur gentillesse et aide apportée.
