Beautiful chalet with a fenced garden on 800m2 of land with a spacious lawn area. The kidney-shaped pool is 8m x 4m with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. A pleasant barbecue area awaits us in the shade to enjoy summer days.
The house is divided into two floors and is available for 4 or 6 people.
Covered parking with capacity for two vehicles, accessed through a staircase to the interior of the main house, which consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The American kitchen has all the amenities such as oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, and ceramic hob. The living room with satellite TV and stereo leads to a glazed terrace where the dining area is located with views of the pool and garden.
The exterior staircase leads us to the ground floor of the house where the studio is located with a double room with a double bed with a ceiling fan and a bathroom with a shower. At the entrance of the studio, there is a small covered terrace with views of the garden and the pool.
The rental of the house for 4 people the studio will remain closed.
The distance to the sandy beach is 4 km, to the city center 5 km, restaurants 2 km, and supermarkets 3 km away.
