"I assume it was the owner that manned the front desk. he was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. We stayed two nights. We had a lovely room which was generous in size and very comfortable. the bed was also comfortable. the location was perfect, short walk to the attractions and restaurants. Don’t be put off by the ground floor/reception area which is a bit garish with a lot of merchandise for sale. I was very pleased I chose the right hotel for us. I would not hesitate to recommend. A traditional Turkish breakfast served to your table which was plentiful. The brewed coffee was very weak, best avoided if you like your coffee to taste like coffee. but then we have been travelling Turkey for three weeks and haven’t had a good coffee yet. When we’re leaving, the host offered us a bottle of water for the journey, water is cheap but it was a nice hospitable touch. Pamukkale is a must visit on any road trip around Türkiye."

"Great hotel with a real thermal spa in and outside.Great territory.Half board include smsll lunch between 12-5 pm near pool!!!! Great view on sunset.Food is normal for this price.In the morning you can see a baloons parade in the sky."
