Window air conditioning located in each living area and both master bedrooms. Located right down the road ( .2 mile) from Private Deeded Beach shared by some of the homes on Uncle Rolf Road. Includes cable TV, WiFi, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, gas grill, and outdoor seating.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Beach bliss

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. There was ample space for our three generations. Everyone loved the Cape showers and the backyard where we ate our meals a relaxed. The short walk to the beach was so convenient, everyone could come and go as they wished.
