Located right down the road ( .2 mile) from Private Deeded Beach shared by some of the homes on Uncle Rolf Road. Includes Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, gas grill, and outdoor seating.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Please Note: Stand up shower only in bathroom. Home has streaming services only, no cable.

Beach handy

This place is right up the street from many beaches. I got a Dennis week beach pass and went to many, including a Lake. Bring your own entertainment (books, puzzles, games) as there are none. TV screen very small. Beds, back yard, outdoor areas and kitchen more than adequate.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great spot! Amble yard space, kitchen was well stocked to cook full meals. Nice closet and storage space. Perfect for our family of 3!
