This charming two bedroom cottage located on a dirt road only 2/10's of a mile to a shared association beach. The home is bright and airy with an open kitchen / dining room and a cozy sitting area. Exit the kitchen to a large side deck with patio table, umbrella and chairs, picnic table and gas grill. The rear of the home offers a bonus family/living room with sliders to the rear yard. Other amenities include a washer, dryer, and WiFi. Mini split ac units in the back room and dining room only.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

We loved the round table in the corner with the windows and the family room in the back. The outdoor shower was a definite plus too. The deck on the side of the house has plenty of room for company, but might need some updated furniture and umbrella. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would rent again!

The round table in the dining room was great for game nights after our days at the beach-located down the street! The deck was perfect for outdoor dining and the kitchen had all necessary items to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms were clean and the air conditioning was appreciated on the more humid evenings. The convenience of the washer dryer was an added bonus. Overall-an amazing find! We will definitely be back!

The house was a nice house, very clean, and a 2-minute bicycle ride from the ocean. The only advice I can offer is to leave a small screwdriver and a wrench for general repairs, and some extra lightbulbs.
