Lovely Modern Cape House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely very modern cottage a short walk from dennisport Nantucket sound beaches and the legendary sundae school. It is very modern so I suspect it must have been renovated recently. It was lovely. Large yard with outdoor shower, built in firepit, a fire table, outdoor couch, Weber grill, and full table which was not pictured when I rented but fantastic. We loved the little screened in porch as well. There is a very wide driveway which was ideal for my group with 4 cars. The kitchen has every pot, dish and utensil you could need to cook dinner and they have lots of beach toys and chairs ect to borrow for the beach too. The house was very clean. Checking/checkout was easy. I can’t think of anything that would have made this rental better. Would definitely rent again!
