The room was great. Loved the location of the suite. It was quite and comfortable. I don’t like not having daily maid service. For the price of the room, I would like fresh sheets, trash removed and clean bathroom and towels. I can stay home and live without those things for free. When on vacation, I prefer a hotel that provides them to make me feel like a vacation.

While the check-in experience was great, the room was a different story. Dingy with paint peeling, the first big problem was that my HVAC was leaking water onto the carpet. Then I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. In the morning I found a cockroach on the carpet. The trifecta. Never staying here again.

Check in with staff was amazing! I came in and they were all smiles and very friendly. The hotel was in excellent condition. There were college football games in proximity to the hotel so they were booked but service was still great. The hotel was close to I-35 so it made it convenient to find restaurants and shopping. I recommend you stay at this Marriott property! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
