Beautifully updated 1 bedroom guest suite in the Platt Park area of Denver, able to accommodate 2 or 4 guests comfortably!! Everything’s been thought of for your stay including snacks, parking, cooking neccesities, outdoor grill and access to backyard game and lounge area. Excitingly located between the famous Historic South Pearl Street and exciting South Broadway neighborhoods! Short drive to DU, downtown and Red Rocks. Perfectly situated between 2 rail stations for easy access to the Denver areas, including Denver International Airport.

Modern and updated house hosts cozy, colorful and classic Denver guest suite with private entrance all nestled in the friendly and safe Platt Park neighborhood and historic south Pearl Street (check out the farmers market EVERY SUNDAY!). Your private entrance can be found within the fenced in back yard and will make you feel Platt Park is your new hometown.

Quiet and cozy, yet modern and creatively inspired! Comfortable king size bed makes you feel right at home in this colorful and art gallery inspired stay! The open layout provides ample viewing for this creative inspired guest suite. Checkout the backyard for games and a grill area; this is the only shared area, you might even see my service dog Lumee in the yard on occasion! There is also plenty of space for board/bicycle storage on the property.

Denver rocks

Cute apartment in great location

Location was perfect (near our son). Apartment was very clean and everything we needed. Close to a great coffee shop and lots of restaurants. We will stay again next time we come visit our son. Hosts communication was great!

Perfect Lil’ Spot

This little gem is in a great location! It was easy to access South Pearl Street, downtown, Cherry Creek and DU. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our quick stay. Great Location in South Denver

Beautiful, comfortable art gallery stay in Denver

We had a wonderful time on our visit for a few nights in Denver. We had great communication and easy check in. The property was clean, spotless, decorated wonderfully with some beautiful art work throughout. It was quiet, with a comfortable bed and hot shower after our hikes in the area. The neighborhood is close to lots of good food, fun activities and stunning nature. Thank you for having us.

Cozy and lovely artwork

We enjoyed the ambiance and decor of this house. The ceiling is low/ slanted in places making it more difficult for my 6’4” husband but it was clean and cozy with a nice outdoor space. Enjoyed the coffee, sweets and other foods the host left.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here for a week during our visit to Denver. It was such a great location to walk to Pearl Street for coffee or a meal, short drive to downtown, and walking distance to the light rail. My husband lived around the block for a few years a while ago and it was so perfect and comfortable! The only thing I will mention is to remember this is a basement. My husband is 6’1” and had to duck a little but he didn’t mind haha.

Great Apartment

The apt was exactly as advertised. Very clean, and gave off bright/cheerful vibes. We loved the neighborhood and felt completely safe taking walks at night, which was really pleasant. The patio in back was lit up with strings of light, and we enjoyed visiting and playing games out there. The only issue we had (very small), was the lack of towel bars or hooks to hang wet towels and washcloths from.

A well-equipped basement apartment in a convenient neighborhood

This basement apartment is located in a quiet residential area, close restaurants and a direct bus line into downtown Denver. The apartment is large, with a separate bedroom, a sitting room (complete with computer monitor, handy to plug your laptop in), dining area, and the kitchen. The apartment is well-stocked, and even has a fancy Keurig machine that even whips the milk for cappuccinos.
