Welcome to the Black Brick Suite located blocks from Old Town Arvada. This completely private upstairs suite is located perfectly between Denver and Boulder. Top-shelf amenities, new cozy beds, and clean linens are all provided. This modern living space is perfect for your next adventure in Colorado! Nightlife, Red Rocks, Sports Authority Field, Hiking Trails, Coors Field, Downtown Denver, Sloans Lake, Ski access, and a whole host of other activities are just moments away.

The Space:
This up-down duplex was completely renovated in 2021. It comes complimentary with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The unit has a 65' smart tv, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Message me with any questions you might have. Looking forward to hosting your next Colorado adventure.
