This vintage stone cottage is walkable to Mile High Stadium (go Broncos!), and a 10-minute drive to Coors Field, Ball Arena, Downtown Denver, Meow Wolf, and the Botanic Gardens and Zoo. For a taste of the mountains, the nearby light rail can take you straight to Golden or the train to Winter Park Ski Village - no car required!

The house is ideal for small families, couples, girl trips, pet owners, and remote work (with fiber Internet and 2 distinct workspaces). Bring the whole family - we never charge pet fees!
