It was a great place to stay -- close to downtown by uber, good lobby store, rooms in good shape, regular housekeeping, and a bar/restaurant on site. also seemed to rent cars from there, which is helpful, though i didn't use this service

Denver gem show stay

I stay every year during the Fall Denver gem show, the hotel is super convenient and the staff is wonderful. They are super responsive to any issue or concern or need that you have, and the free breakfast is much appreciated. The staff work really hard during the gem show to make our stay a pleasant one.

Ok hotel not so friendly staff

The hotel was just OK. Location was good, close to everything but not right in the middle of it all. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the same thing for all 4 days, the staff was not friendly, wouldn’t even answer when greeted with a “good morning” from us.
