Our lovely home is located 20 minutes from Red Rocks and Golden, 30 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from the breathtaking Rocky mountains offering great skiing, snowboarding and sunny hiking trails! A convenient distance to everything!

The house is all yours!
You'll have private access to the entire 2-br apartment in a side-by-side duplex.

A full kitchen offers all appliances including: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, hand towels, mugs, wine glasses, water glasses, and dishes.

Both bedrooms have new, comfortable king and queen beds.
There is a queen, memory foam, sleeper sofa in the living room.

The living room is cozy and decorated to make you feel as if you are in your own living room. High speed internet and 50 inch HDTV smart TV features some of the best picture quality, making the living room theater quality for movie watching.

Two trash cans and recycling bin are in the back of the house.

Always feel welcome to call or text if a question arises!
I take pride in hosting and your comfort is my priority.

Cannabis dispensaries, open until midnight, are just a few blocks away.

House Expectations:
- Check in is anytime after 3PM
- Check out by 10AM
- No smoking of any kind inside apartment please. 420 is allowed.
- I am happy to consider a pet, please contact me with DETAILED description of your furry friend. Pet fee, per pet applies upon pet approval

Nice house with easy downtown access

The house was very clean and well kept. We only spent one night, but had very easy access to most Denver downtown areas. The manager made check in easy and notified us with plenty of time.

Great way to acclimate to the altitude

Spent a couple of days in this lovely home to get used to the altitude before heading further West. Enjoyed a Rockies game and a trip to Colorado Springs. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking to spend time in the Denver area

Great little house!

We loved the comfort of a house while in Denver. It offered the space we needed for our family of four. It was nice to be so close to everything we wanted to go do. There was some light traffic noise in the queen bedroom at night, but that's to be expected in a city. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Perfect for single or a couple with one kid

Overvall great stay and great communication with the owner. Space was perfect for me, I did buy face towels but that’s not a big deal, not rental has them available. Space was clean, neighborhood mostly quiet, despite the busy street adjacent to the property(corner lot). Will use again!

Convenient Edgewater location in the Denver metroplex

Everything we needed for a 1-week stay in Denver. Conveniently located in Edgewater near eateries and shopping. Rental had all the amenities. Host was responsive and friendly. We will try to stay here again next time we visit the Denver area.

Great place for a family

Cute place that’s been updated well. Perfect for our family of three. The beds are very comfortable and that’s a huge plus in a rental. We had everything we needed to feel like we were home. We were near stores and eateries, everything one could need. Easy drive downtown as well. Sanja was very prompt with communication and a great host. We’d rent again from her.
