Red Rocks is about 15 - 20 minutes, as there are many events in the area!
The Edgewater Public Market is 4 minutes away, an awesome place to visit.
Casa Bonita a landmark of Denver is only around the corner.
Just a few minutes driving to Downtown Denver.
The Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena!
Close to downtown, Lo-Hi, Highlands Denver, light rail, and the mountains!
This is a beautiful, one bedroom unit with a walk in closet.
The washer/ dryer in a spacious laundry room, new appliances, and a wood burning fireplace!
You’ll enjoy your stay, the ambiance, the outdoor patio, and privacy.
The bathroom has a bathtub as well.
Have your privacy on the outdoor patio in this unit that is situated at the quiet West end of the complex, which is also just a few short feet away from the pool.
Parks, restaurants, and Sloans Lake are only a few minutes away and within walking distance!
The complex has a clubhouse, and a large seasonal pool for cooling off in the summer.
This condo features a living room, bathroom, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music.

Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room.

Interaction with guests

Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)

Other things to note

This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive.
Light refreshments are provided upon check-in consisting of coffee, is provided to start the morning! One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 7 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.

Metallica concets

My brother and I came to Denver to go to the Metallica concerts. We had a blast. Our vrbo was a nice place in a nice neighborhood, with lots of stuff to do near by. I will definitely be back.

We spent the weekend in Denver and the condo was perfect. It was small and we did not need much size. So it was perfect!! It was in a nice neighborhood and right next to casa Bonita !!

Great place for a couple to stay.

It was a great location that allowed us to see Denver, Red Rocks, Estes, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Everything was within an hour drive.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this rental. We didn’t share any walls with neighbors and found the patio private and quiet. There was no thru traffic or pedestrians and it was in a great neighborhood for the area. We felt very safe at night in the patio. The rental was well stocked and had more than what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

Good place to stay . Had no issues with the property . Close to Sloan lake which was nice to be able to drive 4 minutes to walk my pups . Decent neighborhood , I didn’t feel unsafe . 20 min drive to pretty much anywhere near Denver . I would recommend

Perfect for what we needed

Wife and I needed a place for a few nights and this fit the bill. No issues with the condo itself. Owners were helpful and responsive. The overall property was a bit dated, and there was some construction on site. Pool was sufficient but tired. That all said would stay again if in the area.

Comfortable Condo, Nice Host

It was obvious that the hosts wanted to create a comfortable, homey experience for their guests (even left us fresh baked cookies). It's one queen bed, but the kiddos slept on the couch. We were charged additional fees for having a pet that were not explained on the posting. However, the host was apologetic and gave us early access for the miscommunication. Overall our family enjoyed the stay.

Superior condo rental - strongly recommend

Niko is an incredibly welcoming host who even left out homemade banana bread as a treat alongside a plethora of free snacks, fruits, and Keurig coffee! The condo is in pristine condition with very nice automated door lock and enjoyable private patio space. The overall neighbor is near Denver so just be aware, but the condo community is very nice and very quiet at night. Extremely responsive to communication and very helpful. I found these accommodations to one of my favorite VRBOs yet and every time I am in town I will be looking for availability here first! Thank you for all your help!

Disappointing

Communication with Niko was effortless. We were in town for our wedding and had a late flight out on our last day for our honeymoon. We picked this VRBO for its location to our venue, had a washing machine, and allowed for late checkout. Niko was generous to let us stay late at no additional charge. We were locked out on the last day since the lock resets at 11am (normal checkout time) but it was easy to contact Niko and get that changed for the remainder of our time there. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had some major issues. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard and the bed frame creaks with even the slightest motion. It was a horrible first night. My husband and I bought an air mattress the next day to sleep on it and the sofa for our remaining nights. We left the air mattress there for any future guests. It was also freezing at night since the Nest thermometer overrides what you set it to in order to align with the preprogrammed schedule. We also had to buy toilet paper since there was only the one partially used roll in the bathroom. There were also some cleanliness issues (i.e., the shower had a lot of hair in it and the paper towel roll was dirty with jam stains on the top). While Niko was easy to work with, I would not recommend staying in this unit until the bed frame and bed are changed.

Cozy and convenient

I’m very satisfied with this stay overall. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned for a long weekend (concert at Red Rocks, Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountains). The host was wonderful with communication. Only downside was that the pool was unavailable. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Denver.
