restaurant and brewery and coffee shop right next to it ! Great place I will different rent this place again !!
The condo was very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. Downtown and Coors Field were short drives away. The neighborhood is really clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for larger groups
Location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. Some aspects of the property itself could use some work: there was a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the rooms and there was water damage on the bedroom carpet. Lots of outdoor space which was great and the open layout allowed for all in our party to have room to hang out together in one place.

Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again. Only issue was there were only 3 forks (we had 4 people in our reservation), and I would recommend drink coasters since the tables are wooden. Location was great. Mountain view was awesome. Communication impeccable.

My stay was wonderful ... it gave a "homey" feel instead of a stale hotel room. It was very clean and organized. The only thing that I would suggest would be put a clock in the bedroom ... the only clock is on the microwave. I realize I can use my phone, but it would be nice to open my eyes and see what time it is.

Everything was great but the furniture was very low to the ground and did not provide any back support. Very uncomfortable to sit and watch movies. We had a problem with the front lock and maintenance was quick to respond

My stay started good, I contacted the property manager to see if I could get in earlier than the 4:00 check-in and they let me do that, but the code they assigned me didn't work, and about an hour later after trying multiple codes they gave a random guy just walked up and said see if this works and put in a code and it worked. I was a bit nervous someone had a code.
The place was nice and was good, so I went to take a shower around 3:00 pm to hear someone trying to enter a code and get in my unit, didn't knock just was trying to enter. I went to the door, and he said he was in maintenance and had a work order for the dishwasher, told him I just checked in and out of the shower and wouldn't be letting him in,
I texted the management team and told them and asked if this person was supposed to be there.
The maintenance guy Mike showed back up at 4:00 and I let him in. He said that he couldn't see anything wrong with the dishwasher, but he fiddled with it for a while then left. I didn't receive contact from the management company until 8:00 pm that night stating that they talked to Mike and he had a work order for a different unit, went to the wrong one.
Then the next morning I am heading out and there is standing water coming from the unit next to mine. Water everywhere down the hall. I sent the management company pictures of the water. I came back to a big mess so they moved me to the next floor up, took 2 hrs. supposed to discount but never happened. Not happy!
