As an engineer, artist, and people lover, I’ve combined these passions into a one-of-a-kind experience to help you relax, reflect, and hopefully grow a little :)


— THE SPACE —
Most homes are used. This one is explored!

From the moment you arrive, the house invites curiosity. Hidden details. Subtle clues. Easter eggs woven into the space. Follow them carefully, solve the riddles they reveal, and you’ll unlock a secret interactive room — a space few expect, where the walls themselves move and the house reveals one of its best-kept surprises.

Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, this home blends playful discovery with deep restoration. A nearby park with tennis courts and open green space is steps away, and we provide tennis and pickleball gear if you’re feeling active.

Inside, recovery takes center stage.

Train in the private gym with a full power cage, free weights, treadmill, and adjustable benches. Set the mood with music and color-changing Bluetooth lights, then transition into reset mode. Sweat it out in the aroma-infused barrel steam sauna, cool down in the cold plunge, or rotate through the full circuit — a ritual known to support muscle recovery, mental clarity, immune health, and total rejuvenation.

As evening falls, slip into the private hot tub and watch the backyard come to life as the landscape lights glow outside. Inside, softly illuminated trees come alive, crickets hum through the space, and stars scatter across the ceiling as a moon drifts overhead — transforming the house into something calm, immersive, and quietly magical.

End the night with a cinematic escape in the theater room, featuring a 120” screen with Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, and new releases — or gather outside for s’mores under the night sky, roasting marshmallows and letting the day settle.

— SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS —

This home offers flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group comfortably:
• Bedroom 1: King bed (+ optional baby crib)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: King bed + Queen fold-out memory foam mattress
• Bedroom 4 (Gym): Upon request, we can convert the gym into a private sleeping space with a Queen fold-out memory foam bed.

Let us know your preferences, and we’ll set up the space to best suit your needs!

Note: For groups of 9-10 guests, we provide a premium Queen memory-foam mattress & frame set up in the gym that folds out, creating an additional private sleeping space. For the 9th and 10th person, there is a $25 per person fee per night, automatically included in the pricing.

Pricing is flexible based on the size & nature of the event, with the option to include planning, catering, blacklight setups, and custom party décor for a truly immersive experience.

PLEASE NOTE: All events require strict case-by-case approval to ensure we maintain the perfect atmosphere for everyone and not upset the neighbors. Violations & Unapproved Events will incur a fee.

We use a smart lock for seamless, contactless entry. 24-48 hours before your arrival I will send you a unique house code that will give you access for your stay.
