No loud music/noise after 11 pm outside. NO moving furniture, antiques, or heads in barn. Parking for cars for 25 spots. Barn holds 40 guests max
Events allowed up to 80 extra guests. $25 pp $150 porta potty per 50 guests. Barn is $650 + $1500 deposit held then returned at checkout &. &
