Newly remodeled two bedroom home in a family & pet friendly neighborhood. Conveniently located near major highways, 10 min from downtown, this is the perfect home-base to explore all the best parts of Denver.

Another guest lives in the basement unit (They do not have access to your space.)

The home is 850 square feet and features a flat screen TV in the living area with access to Netflix, Cable, other streaming apps, and local channels. The dining area and each bedroom also have wired internet connections for laptops. There is also an essential oil diffuser in the living area available for guest use.

The kitchen has all the necessary cooking materials (Pots and pans, cooking utensils, cookie pans) and a gas stove for you to cook up some meals if you choose to do so. We also provide a selection of coffee, teas, snacks for your use. Any dry goods, condiments, and refreshments are free for you to use as well.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit available for guest use. Laundry detergent and fabric softeners are provided. The space also has an ironing board and iron.

Your suite will have some shared common spaces OUTSIDE of your unit. This includes the community sun room, backyard, and driveway.
