Welcome to your home away from home at 1300 Marigold Drive! This stylish and fully equipped 3-bedroom, 2-bath upstairs unit is perfect for families, business travelers, and adventure seekers alike. Located just minutes from downtown Denver, Red Rocks, Boulder, hiking trails, and major attractions, you'll be close to everything while enjoying the comfort of a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry with a secure code that will be sent to you prior to your arrival. This allows for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

Kindly Note: This home features two fully separate units, each with its own private entrance to ensure a comfortable and secure stay for all guests. Your reservation is for the upstairs unit, which is completely private and includes its own kitchen, laundry room, and living spaces. Guests have full access to the front porch; however, the backyard is reserved exclusively for tenants living downstairs. We appreciate your understanding and respect for their privacy. While the property is typically quiet, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or conversation from the lower unit. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll enjoy your peaceful and private stay.
