Million Dollar View Near Denver, Big West Skiing, and Countless Natural Wonders

No animals of any type allowed due to family allergies. Spacious home on 2.4 acres of a private section of Lookout Mountain with views from every room above 7,000 feet elevation. Owners live upstairs and lower level unit is self-sufficient. Guest parking for 2-3 cars with sidewalk to private entrance.
2,400 square foot apartment includes full laundry room, complete open kitchen/ bar, 2 decks, and great cell coverage.
The huge game room includes a 55" smart TV, full-size pool table, shuffle board table, foosball table and space to spare.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, huge walk-in closet, desk and work areas, a smart TV and full bath.
The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, walk-in closet, a desk and reading area.
Well water is excellent for drinking.
Apex Park mountain biking and foot path just feet from your door. Red Rocks concerts, City of Golden and the town of Evergreen are only 10 minutes away.
Denver International Airport is a 40 minute drive.
Loveland, Winter Park and Arapaho Basin ski areas are all within an hours drive. Copper and Keystone are a little further, but doable.
Frequent wildlife sightings of deer, hummingbirds (in summer), elk, turkeys, and hawks, with the occasional coyote or black bear.
We allow 24-48 hours between bookings to fully clean, sanitize and restock the unit so that it will be perfect upon your arrival.

we enjoyed this apartment, and the location. views are great as advertised. there are also hiking trails right near the house. the hosts we welcoming, and helpful with information. it snowed while we were there and the hosts had the driveway and walkways cleared promptly.

I brought my son and his friend to Denver to see a concert. Neither of the boys are big city people so we opted for a house in the mountains. We were all blown away when we got to the top of the mountain and saw the view of the city below. Breathtaking. The house was beautiful and all of the first morning essentials were in the fridge for us when we got there. We will be back !

The extra touches, views and location were perfect! We day tripped to Breckenridge, Guanella Pass, Peak to Peak Hwy and Garden of the Gods. Squeezed in sunrise and a concert at Red Rocks.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and style. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with a prime location that gave us easy access to the breathtaking Rocky Mountains and the vibrant energy of Denver. The view from the house was amazing and the view sparked with the lights of Denver. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—it’s a gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

One of the best views you can ask for but also a great location, especially for its proximity to Red Rocks as well as great food options in the area. Very clean and well maintained home and the hosts Tom and Geri are super nice people. 10/10 stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a great getaway weekend here! The location was beautiful, the amenities were perfect and the hospitality was the best we've had! It was such a nice treat to have breakfast fully stocked in the refrigerator when we arrived. We can't wait to return!

Our stay in Golden was spectacular! We enjoyed everything from the amazing views, Elk herds, 7 mike hiking adventure to the evening games, movies and outdoor shower under the stars. Red Rock was amazing and truly an unforgettable experience. The owners were gracious proving a well stocked kitchen and everthing we needed for our stay. We will definitely visit this area again. Property is so well maintained and clean. We totally enjoyed our stay. We had elk outside our doorway one evening and the nearby hiking trails are so easy to get to. The owners do live upstairs and you can hear the foot steps when they are active. However; they are very welcoming and accommodating to any requests.

This property was perfect for me and my two teenage sons. The game tables kept them happy. We were very lucky to see Elk right outside our door! This was a great location to get to all the destinations we wanted to get to. An hour and half to RMNP. 15 minutes from Red Rocks and 50 minutes from Denver Airport. We were able to jam pack our weekend with plenty to do! Will definitely stay again!

Special vacation with our adult kids to Denver/Red Rock/Golden. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully stocked. The views are spectacular especially at sunrise. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. We went to breweries, great restaurants, tubing on the clear river, haunted pub crawl and attended a concert at Red Rocks.

Geri and Tom were great hosts. They were incredibly helpful and great communicators. The place was great. We were there as a group of friends and it was perfect for a guys weekend. It had lots of great games, it was really close to red rocks, and the view was incredible.
