Great weekend

This property was a great find! It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. And the beds were comfortable! Not the nicest neighborhood, but we felt safe, and it was a quick easy drive to get downtown. We would stay here again.

Daddy daughter trip

We used this property’s as a base camp to explore around Denver. It was very convenient to the mountains, red rocks and we walked to a concert at empowered field the last evening.

Excellent stay

Beautiful townhouse. Very clean and photos were accurate. I was a little hesitant when I saw the surrounding neighborhood but we didn’t have any problems at all. It was quiet and comfy. Communication was also on point!!

Very new townhome with awesome design

Great new places with all contemporary and modern amenities. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues, please be aware. We had a great time and it was close enough to everything we wanted fo visit, but still quiet.

Perfect for our family

We chose this location because it was near our family members. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the location was quiet with ample parking, and the house is very modern. I made suggestions to the owner for adding some kitchen items that we would have liked as we cooked most of our meals, and we liked the Thermador stove and oven.

Great Denver Stay

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights. Communication with the host was great. If we had any questions, they were answered right away. The property was very clean and new. The location was great and convenient for us. It was nice to have parking along the street. Next time we are in Denver, we would definitely stay here again.

Colorado Get-a-Way

My husband, sister and brother in-law came to Denver for a long weekend. The home was gorgeous and very convenient to Red Rocks. The home was clean and perfect for the four of us. We loved the rooftop patio with the views of the mountains and downtown Denver. The neighborhood did not seem walkable but was perfect if you had a car or were using a car service. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Came to Denver to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Perfect location for the occasion. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Modern kitchen appliances and furnishings. Nice view of the mountains from the rooftop patio. There was construction taking place just next door, but since we were out the majority of the day, the noise impact was minimal. Looks like the construction will be complete within next 30 days. It was a great choice and we would stay here again!

Early Thanksgiving with the famiy

Getting together for the holidays gets harder every year. Being able to celebrate Thanksgiving before the crazy travel time is a plus. Having a home that was fully stocked and functional was an even bigger plus. The rooms were spacious. The decor appealing and the house was very clean. Most important, they exceeded what we saw on the website pictures and description. Will plan on reserving this home in the future.

Our flight arrived in Denver 2 hours sooner than originally booked. We called property manager to see if we could check in 2 hours early and he really helped us out by letting us in and being so kind about the situation. The property was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and nice

Great place to stay

There was a glitch with chech-in, with my code not working at first but owner called back and issue was resolved. The kitchen had everthing you need, eventhough we didn't cook. We enjoyed the tv options. Only thing my son wish they had was a tv in the second room. Eventhough we enjoyed movies together, he would have enjoyed laying in watching the news in the morning. The master does have a TV, which was great for my husband who likes watching the news in the morning. Washroom had everything you needed if you wanted to wash. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay again!

Great House on a not so great street

Home is great, clean, well appointed, comfortable, camera's all around the outside of the house which I understand, but as a VRBO client, it makes me a little uncomfortable. The owner had a service provider scheduled for a Dryer repair to take place prior to our arrival, but they were late, so we ended up involved in the repair trip. The electronic lock on the front door failed and locked us out for about an hour. Again, great house, OK communication with owner, but not an area I would select for future rentals for my family.

Red Rocks weekend

We loved the modern, clean “row house.” Host was very helpful and responsive. The location was convenient for getting to Red Rocks and downtown or uptown Denver. Be careful on the steps. One of us fell (they are beautiful, but slick)! Suggestions: pillows were not comfortable for any of us and it is HOT on the third floor. Denver isn’t as cool as it used to be in the summer. The AC just couldn’t keep up. There are fans, so that helped. *Note to host: hair dryer did not work. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Works well for a couple or a family (with older children). Not recommended for small children or someone with mobility issues. Thanks!

Week in Denver

My family and I had a 10 day cruise through Europe and then flew with several layovers and long flights, about 18 hours total. I reached out to Chris about the possibility of checking in sooner than usual or at least dropping off our luggage so we could use the space if our rental to enjoy the first full day in Colorado. He quickly replied and got his team to get us taken care of! The house is beautiful, but the location overall could be better. The street it is on, is pretty fair and being updated with current construction with a nice family park, but the neighborhood, as a whole, was not the greatest. It did t effevt our experience in any way. The neighbors and even few construction workers down the street were all respectful and gave a simple,but polite wave in passing. It's a 10min drive from almost everything you would need as far as groceries, food, downtown life and within an hour from almost any hiking and tourist items. Beautiful views all around Colorado and we would book again here fir exceptional customer service being the biggest part.

We really enjoyed our stay because we had the basics available in the house. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils and comforts to make our stay memorable and so comfortable. We especially loved the fireplace and the sofa for our periods of rest and chill out time. The beds were so comfortable which is a reason to stay. We loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood was.
