Our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner townhouse boasts a contemporary interior highlighted by stunning exposed brick walls and high ceilings, creating an industrial-chic ambiance. Our unit is located perfectly to restaurants and all that downtown Denver has to offer since it is in the trendy Baker neighborhood. You'll be walking distance to some of Denver's best night great bars and restaurants when out on the town. Downtown Denver and its activities are a quick 5-minute Uber ride away!

Baker is one of Denver's most active neighborhoods, with easy access to Denver's highway system for a quick drive to the mountains or downtown Denver.

The thoughtful design includes a breakfast bar for two, providing a cozy spot for your morning coffee or a quick snack.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - Queen Bed

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
For quick bathroom breaks for your dogs, the rental caters to their needs with a small fenced area. The thoughtful inclusion of this pet-friendly space adds an extra layer of convenience for guests with furry companions.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Awesome place to stay. Very quiet and a very comfortable house. Considerably better than a hotel room. Only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star is the severe lack of parking in a very homeless environment. Made the walk from the car parked blocks away very uncomfortable

What a perfect property!! I’m a stickler when it comes to hotels and rentals and this property was truly perfect. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this property was comfortable, clean, and had almost everything we needed, there were several amenities that were listed that the property did not have. The first being a washer & dryer and the second was a designated parking space-even though there was a picture showing a specific parking area, it did not belong to the residence. There was parking on the street near the residence most of the time. Many attractions were easily accessible by car or train and there was a wonderful selection of restaurants close by.
