Clean and Bright Home

This was the perfect home for us to stay in as our family explored the Denver area. It looks just like it does in the pictures and it is well maintained/ clean. The owner/ property managers were very communicative and helpful. My only critique would be that the baby gate they have doesn't quite fit the doorways so we all had to be on baby watch. Overall, a wonderful place to stay though!

Colorado fun

The property was clean and accurate to the pictures and description. The host was attentive and reached out during our stay to make sure any needs we had were met. We will book again when we are back in the Denver area.

Perfect Location

I brought my elderly parents to Arvada to meet their new great grandson. We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as pictured and in a nice neighborhood. Red Rocks, Golden, Boulder and Denver are a short car ride away. Old Town Arvada was a great little area to walk around with cute shops and restaurants. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We spent most mornings with our coffee and evenings with our cocktails on the patio. The neighborhood was safe for us to walk every day. Communication was plentiful and immediate. We will definitely book this house again when we visit in the future.

Nice Stay in Arvada!

The house was quite large, with 3 full bedrooms upstairs (two kings and one queen bed), 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a basement with 2 queen beds. Plenty of space if you're looking for a place with enough room for family. The location was great... An outdoor recreation area was within walking distance with a playground and it was tucked in a nice clean neighborhood. Both Target and Walmart are very close to this house as well and it was super easy to get on the Interstate and get anywhere you needed to go. The house also has on demand hot water, so running out of hot water was never an issue. Two things to note... The beds are firm and there are several sets of stairs in the house. So if you're ok with those two things then this house will be a great stay for you.

Just Like Home and World-Class Service

Throughout our 10-night stay, we felt at home and liked the spaciousness of this tri-level house for all four of us. One could be watching TV in one room, and another could be doing his school work in another, while upstairs, where all the bedrooms are, one could be napping, and another could be exercising in the spacious basement (where there happen to be two other big beds). The stove/cooktop is brand new, and all of the other appliances work well. We did a few loads of laundry during our stay, and I really liked the front-loaders. The location is PERFECT, epsecially if you like to play soccer. There are fields nearby in a sports complex down the road, and our son walked the short distance almost everyday. (At the complex, I noticed a playground for children). The grocery store (King Soopers) is 4 minutes away by car. The backyard is spacious and a great place to hang out. Best of all, though, was the excellent communication with Manuel and team. He provided detailed and easy-to-understand check-in instructions, and whenever I had any questions, he always responded right away and was attentive. (By the way, THANK YOU for the snow shovel, Manuel! It came in handy when it snowed one of the days of our stay!!) We have stayed in several VRBOs over the past few years, and communication with this VRBO host has been the best yet. Highly recommended place to stay! It is a corner lot, so you have privacy. Would definitely stay here again when we visit our college son. A+ :-)

Perfect experience

House was even better than we had hoped for. Several places to hang out and catch up. Communication with the owner was spot on, check in exactly as promised and the place was spotless. Tons to do in Arvada and less than 5 minutes to the light rail for trips downtown. Beds, bedding and towels all perfect. Modern upgrades and great decorations throughout. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Check out was very easy. Couldn’t recommend more.

Beautiful Property

Nice big house, comfortable and relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. All the necessary amenities provided and comfortable beds! The garage parking is an additional bonus! Thank you!
