Private Guesthouse - Pelton Bike - Hot Tub - Light Rail

Our private guest house is in the Villa Park neighborhood of Denver. It has everything you need for a short stay in the city. A Queen sized bed as well as a seating area, smart TV, Peloton bike, cooking essentials and hot tub (shared with main house). The kitchen does not have an oven, so please plan accordingly. The guest house is just big enough for two people to stay comfortably. However, it does include a sleeper sofa and can sleep up to four people if needed. You can walk to Bronco's games, light rail to Downtown and you're a short drive from Red Rocks.
Note: we have a legal greenhouse in the backyard. Please do not book if you are uncomfortable with this.

Nice place for a quick stay
I was surprised at the other reviews. Did the owners build this casita themselves? Obviously. Do I blame them? Heck no! I believe they did the best they could with supplies being as expensive as they are. This is a very nice little place to stay near downtown for the weekend and we would love to stay again.

Cute little studio casita. Loved the hot tub and tje peloton bike. We appreciated the easy communication with the host and the snacks in the pantry.

Awesome location, diy finishes
The location was great for us, the fit and finish was less than stellar. Very obviously just thrown together (ex. Large gaps between finishes w/o caulk and also caulk where it shouldn’t be (on toilet). My husband had to screw the door lock together to get it to lock properly. The bed was very very soft which is great for some but we did not sleep well on it. The communication was great, the ease of check in was awesome. It worked but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Inside great but if you’re looking for privacy this isn’t the place
I canceled our previous reservation when I found this place and saw that it had a hot tub. The pictures seemed like the yard was quiet and private but what the pictures don’t show is that the hot tub is right next to the hosts kitchen window which has no curtains so we didn’t feel like we had much privacy. We got back from a concert and someone was hanging out in the hot tub and we felt a little confused since that was included in our rental. The inside is very comfy and Cozy and the location is very close to everything. Everything was great besides not feeling comfortable enough to use the hot tub more than once and feeling like we had zero privacy
