Private Studio + Year-Round Heated Pool Near Ball Arena & I-70

Swim in any season at the YK Hideaway, a private studio with a heated pool that’s open all year. Take a steaming dip on a snowy Denver night, soak under the stars after a Nuggets or Avs game, or recharge between mountain trips. I-70 is minutes away.

The Pool
Our private pool is 4 feet deep, heated and open year-round. It’s a guest favorite, especially in winter. Guests sign a Pool Use Agreement before check-in.

The Space
The YK Hideaway is a new-construction ADU above our garage, behind our home. It’s one open loft studio with no separate bedroom:

Queen murphy bed and a pull-out couch
Kitchenette
In-unit washer/dryer
A dedicated workspace whose desk converts into a full-length dining table with benches

It works just as well as a solo work retreat or a small-group home base.

The Neighborhood
We’re in quiet Sunnyside, with coffee shops, restaurants, Localvore market and Chaffee Park all within walking distance. Ball Arena is a short drive, and some guests have walked it.

Perfect For
Nuggets and Avs games, concerts at Ball Arena or Red Rocks, a work trip, or a restful stop before or after the mountains.

Good to Know
This is more home than hotel: a residential neighborhood with your hosts on site.
Plenty of free, non-permit street parking.
You’ll get a private keypad code before arrival. Enter from the front path along the south side of the home or through the alley.
No smoking of any kind inside. A $250 fee applies if smoke odor is found. Smoking is OK outdoors; please use the alley waste can.
