Modern Townhome in the heart of Denver's Hottest Neighborhood (LoHi). Rooftop deck with spectacular views of Downtown; walk to the city's best hot spots! An open plan living area includes a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Large windows bathe the space in light and create the feeling you are in a detached home. A half bath and balcony with gas grill complete the 2nd floor space. On the third floor are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and queen size beds. The fourth floor includes a spacious rooftop deck with amazing city views. A gas fire pit makes this the perfect spot to cozy up with a glass of wine all year round.

Fabulous Retreat!

A cozy and impeccably clean modern condo within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. We loved the easy access to the highway as it made our day trips a breeze. House was automated and the hosts were wonderful so it made our stay carefree! Merry Christmas!

Absolutely beautiful condo in wonderful fun neighborhood!

Enjoyed our stay over Easter in Denver so much! Everything about the checkin and rental was effortless and the house was beautiful. So many nice touches, too many to mention, from the kitchen supplies, condiments, spices, comfy furniture, great rooftop, very nice beds and beddings and the Easter basket that was left for us to enjoy. Great place to explore Denver

Brett's property is very clean, stylish and central to many Denver areas. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need if you want to eat in, but if you want to eat or drink out, there are so many great places within walking distance. I would highly recommend Brett's townhouse and would definitely stay there again.

Modern townhome in LoHi

The townhouse was very comfortable for our party of 2 couples. We enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. The property has a lot of very cool features and lighting options in every room. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold, snowy weather we experienced. Brett was a great host, responded quickly to questions and puts a great deal of care into making guests feel welcome. One thing to note is that this is definitely someone's home so don't be surprised to see family photos, personal effects, etc.

Fabulous!

We came with another retired couple to visit Denver and go to a concert at Red Rocks. We had heard that this was a good neighborhood for restaurants and walking, which it was. The apartment/loft was perfect - comfortable and attractive with a spectacular view and lots of lounging room on the loft. The host really went the extra mile to have extra expresso pod delivered to the house during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Wow! The rooftop retreat did not disappoint!

Just stayed at Brett’s incredible townhome this past weekend. There were four of us and it was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. We went to a football game and a baseball game while were the there and both stadiums were within walking distance. There were also lots of great places to eat right in the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate and super modern. We had everything we needed and Brett was great at communicating all the pertinent info. I would absolutely stay again and will defitinitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!
