The property was in a nice area with several restaurants, bars, etc. in walking distance. We enjoyed setting on the deck that’s over looking a park. Everything about the property was as described and we would definitely stay here again.

Well furnished, very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. Bedding was very amazing. Patio fun to hang out and watch dogs at the park across the street. Great breweries and restaurants close by. Will definitely come back.

New & well designed. You can easily walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and a park (across the street) so this place is super conveniently located. Short drive to downtown. Super comfy sheets & beds. Love the artwork in the shared hallways and the rooftop patio! Extra helpful that we had a parking spot. We would love to return to this exact room one day.

Absolutely amazing stay for 3 njhts in Denver!! Loved the property - location, cleanliness, amenities (top of the line appliances, great toiletries). Especially loved the rooftop area which had a fire pit (super easy to use and so fun) and grills (which we didn't use). There was also a wraparound private balcony which was incredible. Had comfy chairs and side tables so we could gather in morning for coffee, etc. This place is an absolute gem!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It is a great location and the building is clean, safe, and very nice. The downside is that you have to download a second app for your access information or to communicate with the manager. I find the fees for early check in to be excessive, especially since the unit was unoccupied the day prior to our arrival. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Great place and location. My only issue is there were people on the roof two nights partying and I had to go up after midnight and asked them to leave. You could hear them walking around through the ceiling. Wish there was someone here on staff to address these type issues.

What a lovely visit to Denver thanks to our stay at the Berkely Hotel! Located on Tennyson with fabulous shops, coffee houses, restaurants, a public dog park, playground nearby and the perfect bakery to start our day. The hotel and rooms are fabulous! Clean, easy entry, lovely views and items you need to have a great stay. The kitchen was stocked with the main necessities for eating in. Clean beds, bath, living area , nice size tv’s. The rooftop patio is an Added plus. Communication with the owners was easy when we needed it with fast responses. Parking under the hotel is secure and easy. We will not hesitate to book another room at the Berkely!

Fantastic location with plenty to do. Wonderful places to eat very close by (bakery four, Pasty Republic, Denver Biscuit Company…) Very dog friendly neighborhood with an active park across the street. Quiet rooms & neighborhood. Beautiful building. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds/bedding. Higher end appliances. Beautiful views of mountains & park from every room & balcony. Efficient/friendly/easy communication with property managers. Easy, secure parking garage. Side note: we slept with the window slightly open & woke to mouthwatering bakery smells wafting through our room in the morning!

Apartment was exactly as described. Super clean and comfortable with the perfect location for us. Deck overlooking the park was a perfect place for evening cocktails. Fabulous gourmet kitchen, but with so many dining options in the area, we really didn't use it much.
