This was the last hotel we stayed on a 2 week road trip and I have to say it was the nicest. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety and quality food. Nice location with easy access to major roads/Cherry creek trail. The only down side was no hot tub. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Parker.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The weekend chef was the hardest worker I saw there. He was constantly checking on the amount of food available and was very particular about tbe organization and presentation of the food. It was nice to see him taking pride in his work .

Excellent property in a super convenient location. A brand new 7-11 gas station and a restaurant in the same parking lot. Easy on and off major road but really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of items. Pool was really clean with pool towels and handicap accessible pool chair.

It was clean and comfortable, 7-11 within walking distance
Suite was nice except we could not use the AC. Unit was next to the bed and blasted air directly onto the bed, can’t change the direction of the air. Luckily the window opened. We still didn’t use that side of the bed. We used the trundle bed instea.

Our room was nice, I liked that after a certain hour you need your key to come inside the hotel. Made me feel safe about not just anyone entering and exiting the hotel. The cleaning staff was super kind and sweet. However, the manager Heather, wasn’t as gracious as the other staff that helped us out. She made us wait for over 3 hours for our room and kept telling everyone that asked that check in was going to be later. I think after a couple hours she forgot about us and we had to ask again if our room was ready and it was. But she never went to check to see if our room was ready, she didn’t ask for a last name or anything, felt like she wasn’t attentive or trying to help us out. That’s the only reason I had chose the springhills hotel because I’ve had great experiences especially the customer service. But this time it wasn’t like that.
