Bright and clean studio apartment

This bright and clean studio apartment was perfect for my 3 night stay in Denver visiting my daughter who lives nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but stinky smell

It is located in RiNo district, which is within walking distance to the art, brewery, and food scene. Location was perfect! Unfortunately there were some plumbing issues with the hot water heater that caused the whole apartment to stink. There were no trash bags on site either. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the price and location, but the smell was brutal.

Clean Great Place.

Everything was great except for a few minor issues. - No toilet paper, paper towels, or even tissues - Thermostat had a schedule set so temperature would bounce around throughout the day. Luckily I am familiar with Nest to remove the schedule. - It would be nice to include some laundry detergent so that guests do not have to purchase. (Very minor)

Online Listing

The property and experience overall were good. But the online listing said it was a king bed and it was clearly not. We had to remove the towels from the dryer they were never put away after the cleaning people were there, no toliet paper was supplied and there is an issue with the curtains on slider, we had to adjust the pole which does not properly fit the window, could be a liability and hit someone in the head.

Great accommodations/comfy, nice area, lot's of restaurants and bars within waling distance.. Parking is a pain but the property is nicely set up and very secure.

Ok for the younger people.

This unit was sold stating that it has a King size bed it's not. Location perfect. There's a Wolf across the street that barks constantly and there's a extra heavy walker right above you but other than that it's OK.

First Time To Denver

I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Clean property and access to owner was easy. Confusing at first getting fob but we figured it out. Nice property and fun city. I would recommend staying here. Uchi next door is an awesome restaurant!!
